I went out to eat for my (secret age)th birthday for once so I wanted to document this special moment hahaha. I also went to see wicked 2. Hope you enjoy!

If you think Korean, you probably think of…. BTS, but if you think Korean FOOD you should think of Bulgogi because this is one of default Korean foods (well I guess after Kimchi), but anyways, there are many ways to do it, but here's how I do it using beef! Please follow along the video for the process! The ingredients are listed below.

Don't want to eat rice? well, let them eat rice CAKE cause they're the best thing ever. One of the best ways to use rice cakes are making tteokguk, which is Korean rice cake soup, especially during cold chilly days, or any day of the year tbh. There are many different ways to make it, but this is the simplest and quickest way that I've learned, which is the recipe I end up using 95% of the time lol. We're gonna use clear broth with fish soup base, so there are no meats involved. Please follow along the video for the process! The ingredients are listed below.

Koreans are known to loveeeee spam (I think they have the highest spam purchase rate in the world or something like that), so when they found out about spam musubis, they jumped right on it haha. I think i learned it from a Korean reality show a while back and saw that this spam musubi tool was on sale for Black Friday, so I bought it without thinking twice, tried it, and of course, loved it, so here’s how I like to make it with my own twist! Also, some side notes. First, spam musubis that Korean make are a bit different from Japanese/Hawaiian spam musubis iirc because we flavor the rice a little bit differently. Second, you can use the spam can to make it instead of using this tool so you don’t have to waste extra money. Just make sure to clean the can before using it!Please follow along the video for the process! The ingredients are listed below.
